Product Overview:
In order to ensure that the pipeline has both the strength and stiffness of metal and the excellent corrosion resistance of plastic. Our company produces steel lined plastic composite pipes: the outer shell is made of metal materials (20, 45 # carbon steel or cast steel, etc.), and the inner cavity (overcurrent part) is lined with anti-corrosion materials of different thicknesses, such as fluoroplastics (F46, F4), modified polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyolefin (PO), and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
Customers can choose different lining materials according to different working conditions.
1. The standard length of straight pipes in the lined composite pipes produced by our company is 4000mm, 3000mm, 2000m, 1500mm, 500mm, 300mm, 200mm, and can also be made up to 6000mm according to user requirements.
2. For F4 composite pipes with a diameter ≤ 300mm, seamless steel pipes are used to push the inner F4 pipe for lining. For F4 composite pipes with a diameter ≤ 300mm, F4 sheet lining or winding sintered lining is used.
3. For elbows with a diameter greater than 500mm, our company uses shrimp welded elbows lined with anti-corrosion materials. For straight pipes with a diameter greater than 500mm, we also use welded pipes lined with anti-corrosion materials.
4. The dimensions in parentheses of the steel pipe wall thickness refer to the thickness of the welded pipe.
5. In the lining thickness F4 thickness, the dimensions in parentheses are the thickness of the push tube.
6. We can produce large-diameter straight pipes with a diameter of DN1200 or above according to user requirements.
7. The flange connection dimensions of this pipeline comply with the PN1.0MPa standards of GB9115.1~GB9115.4-2000, and other standards can be selected according to user requirements.
8. When placing an order, please specify the nominal pressure, nominal diameter, flange standard, lining material, loose flange, etc.
